Mom Attends Son’s Wedding and Discovers Bride Is Her Daughter

Every now and again, a call.

Martha would occasionally receive calls from her son to catch up. During one of these calls, Mark informed her that he was getting married, which filled Martha with joy. She started preparing for the wedding by looking for a new dress but little did she know that it wouldn’t be the attire that would alter the mood of the event. Although they spoke on a weekly or daily basis, Martha knew that these calls were not enough to truly connect with someone. However, it was all they had at the moment.

Martha would listen to her son’s stories about his sweetheart while painting. However, some details couldn’t be conveyed over the phone, and it was apparent that they weren’t even using video calls to connect and catch up. Despite their efforts, communicating solely through phone calls had its limitations.
